Sabine Bauer brings almost 20 years of experience as a Shiatsu practitioner and is deeply rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Her expertise in the use of herbs and roots is reflected in the recipes for Bauers Bitter products, which are based on traditional knowledge while also integrating modern insights.

Herbert Bauer – Co-founder and artisan partner

Herbert Bauer, along with his wife Sabine, is a general partner in Bauers Bitter OG. He supports the artisanal production of the products and contributes to daily production.
